Equipment Hire & Ancillary Services
At Mango Marquees we pride ourselves on taking the pressure off you in organising your event - we make sure that everything is thought of! Below lists the other services we can provide when hiring one of our marquees:
Interiors & Design
Getting the interior & design of your marquee right sets the atmosphere for your event. We help with the layout, create ideas and themes for your event, and we do this by:
Lighting: we provide formal, party and themed lighting, both internally & externally.
Flooring: we provide wooden flooring as standard, but also offer matting as well for a more informal event.
Dance floor & Stage: our wooden floors provide a great dance floor, but if you require black & white or a parquet we can provide that too! We can also provide a stage for speeches, the band or for any other reason.
Lining: we provide ivory pleated lining as standard which puts an amazing finish to the interior, or we can hire in a starlight finish (use black lining to create a spectacular starry night).
Swags: we provide ivory swags but for more of an effect, we can hire in swags to match up with the colour theme of the event, be it inside or outside.
Furniture: whether it's tables and chairs, sofas, or bars and bar stools we can provide the furniture you require for your event, and have a large variety.
Windows: we provide Georgian windows for the side walls of your marquee as standard. This can add to the atmosphere by allowing views of the surrounding event site.
Heating
When it comes to planning an event in the UK, one always has to take into account the weather. So the option of heating, or air conditioning, in your marquee can be a key decision to make. You don't want to have to worry if your guests are too cold later in the evening, as it's never very good seeing them huddled around wearing coats.
Mango Marquees can provide these heaters and will always advise you on the matter.
Loos
We offer a range of luxury loos for hire, which includes loo units, both self contained and mains connected and other ancillary sanitation equipment which can easily be blended into the event surroundings.
Doors, Porches & Walkways
To compliment your marquee we can provide doors into your event, whether it's to an entrance hall area or to an outdoor smoking area. These are aluminium framed UPV patio doors. We also have a ramp that can be used.
We can provide an entrance porch to your marquee where you can keep coats, put your seating plan easel or just have a general reception area. This can lead straight from a covered walkway, which can join to a venue for aesthetics or just be a good idea when the elements are against you.
Mango Marquees are also happy to coordinate with outside suppliers.
