Outlined below is an overview of the structure of service provided:

Step 1 Client contact and Site Visit

Mango Marquees sees little point in quoting before a site visit has been completed. Until that stage, we cannot get a real handle on your requirements. On contact with us, we will give you as much advice as possible over the telephone before arranging a site visit to gain complete knowledge of your requirements. References and examples can be provided at this visit.

Step 2 Quote

Based on the specifications gained during the site visit, we can provide a realistic quote. Additional services can also be sourced; Catering, ablutions, etc.

Step 3 Contract

Agree the contract and confirm the booking.

Step 4 Confirmation

Prior to the event we will contact you to ensure the requirements are still accurate and confirm erection and removal dates.

Step 5 Assembly

We will meet you on site on the morning of assembly and re-confirm layout and positioning. On confirmation, assemble the structure.

Step 6 Handover

Personally handover the marquee to you and talk through the finished product. Adjust to your requirements.

Step 7 Customer Service

We will be available 24/7 via telephone and have a member of staff on site on the day of event to ensure perfection.

Step 8 After Care

We dismantle the structure following the event and ensure we leave your site tidy.
